The Garlic Guru, owned and operated by Teresa Giesbrecht, was opened at River Landing in the Saskatoon Farmers’ Market on Saturday, March 6, 2010 and is open five days a week. Most menu items are gluten-free, most are vegan-appropriate, many are 100% cholesterol-free, and all are delicious. We also specialize in select Paleo Diet dishes.
Garlic is everywhere, including in dessert! Four garlicky soups served with multi-grain whole wheat foccacia are available daily. Favorites include the curry sweet potato and potato and roasted onion with dill; also popular are whole wheat baked pita chips with a smoky garbanzo dip or fresh salsa. All items available for take out. Catering available for up to 50 people.
