Founded by Dustin Grenier, his vision grew from watching family members work in the various construction trades—where he then too worked for his parents's business as a framer by trade for ten years. From his past work experience, Dustin has acquired extensive knowledge in the structure and building process and wanted to extend his expertise into building dream homes with a hassle-free experience for his clients.

Alternatively, we can build based on our wide selection of specially designed plans that are original and creative, welcoming and impressive. If you are the type who wants to save some money and take on some of the construction yourself, we also offer homes done to lock up stage which involves receiving the house complete with the framing finished, windows and exterior doors on, and shingles on.
